This space is dedicated to sharing the personal stories of young people who have faced mental health challenges and found ways to cope with them. Our mission is to create a supportive community where teens can find understanding, hope, and encouragement.

How to Contribute:
If you’re a teen dealing with mental health issues and have a story to share, we would love to hear from you. Submitting your story is easy:
Write Your Story: Share your experiences, challenges, and coping strategies in your own words.
Get Permission: Make sure to have your parent’s permission before submitting your story.
Submit: Email your story to tmapp@penyr.org.
